The Honeywell Voyager™ 1202g single-line laser scanner gives you unprecedented freedom of movement thanks to wireless Bluetooth® technology and includes a battery that can be quickly and easily replaced on site. The new 1202g offers the same high scanning performance for linear barcodes already known from the renowned Voyager scanner family. The Voyager 1202g is equipped with Bluetooth® Class 2, Version 2.1, which allows unrestricted movement at distances of up to 10m from the base station. Honeywell was even able to achieve a communication range of up to 30m with Bluetooth® Class 2 with clear line of sight to the base station. The 1202g offers greater security and freedom of movement thanks to its wireless design. Thanks to the practical paging function, misplaced devices can be easily found using visual and audible signals. No tools are required for quick and easy on-site battery replacement. The durable, user-preferred lithium-ion battery provides enough power for at least 12 hours of scanning or 45,000 scans per charge. The 1202g's short recharge time allows for higher productivity. The 1202g was developed based on the wired Voyager 1200g and optimized for linear barcodes - even poorly printed or damaged ones. With the Voyager 1202g, the need for manual data entry is reduced to a minimum, leading to increased productivity with lower error rates. Various interfaces and automatic interface detection allow for true plug & play - simply connect and get started. The Voyager 1202g automatically configures itself for the appropriate interface, shortening the installation process. Users in environments such as retail stores, hospitals, and light industry benefit from the 1202g's simplified installation. The base station can be flexibly mounted on the wall or placed on the work surface depending on the work situation.
