The AS-2350 2D Presentation Scanner is a stationary barcode scanner in the classic omnidirectional laser scanner form factor, but with a modern 2D imager. This powerful scanner not only captures traditional barcodes like conventional barcode scanners, but also reliably and quickly captures all standard 2D codes such as QR codes or Data Matrix codes - and even from smartphone displays or screens. This means that nothing stands in the way of its use as a POS scanner, which, for example, also needs to read voucher codes from smartphones. In addition to its excellent scanning performance, the AS2350 offers a flexible working radius with its adjustable scan head and very wide scan angle. Furthermore, the barcode scanner used has a sensor that activates the optics as soon as an object is in front of the scanner. This allows the AS-2350 to go into standby mode if it does not need to operate for a certain period of time, which saves power and protects the components. The AS-2350 imager can be quickly and easily integrated into existing systems thanks to its support for USB and serial interfaces and the included USB cable.
