The Elo 1990L 19-inch open-frame touchscreen features a slim, narrow-bezel LCD display. Thanks to its technically pioneering LED backlighting, it consumes less power and generates less heat. This compact, energy-saving monitor is rigorously designed for touch operation with proven Elo technology and is characterized by high reliability. The 1990L therefore guarantees stable, drift-free touch response and produces vibrant images. Its high-quality optics ensure excellent light transmission and image sharpness. The 1990L captivates with its vivid images and is suitable for kiosk applications, casinos, and entertainment as well as retail, self-service, and industrial automation.
The touchscreen is sealed to protect against dust, dirt, and liquids, which simplifies installation in enclosures and mounts. Units with PCAP sensors can also be sealed to meet IP65 tightness class requirements for the front. Since Elo strictly controls design and assembly, this touchscreen offers high reliability.
A wide range of pioneering single-touch and multi-touch technologies are available here – including the proven IntelliTouch SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) sensor technology for single-touch. Alternatively, our latest TouchPro PCAP (Projected Capacitive) sensor technology for multi-touch behind a double glass arrangement (2GS) is available. It offers excellent interactivity with up to ten simultaneous touches in a frameless zero-bezel display – similar to tablets. Since these touch technologies react precisely even behind glass, operation with latex and fabric gloves is possible.
