In addition, the 1723L's slim edge-to-edge glass arrangement provides a clear, modern look in any environment. This zero-bezel monitor is available in black or white with market-leading Elo touch technologies. Both versions offer stable, drift-free operation with superior image quality, resolution, and light transmission to provide precise response to touch with vibrant images.
Two market-leading Elo sensor technologies are available for this 17-inch monitor. Both enable dynamic multi-touch functionality on a zero-bezel display. The IntelliTouch® SAW sensor technology in the zero-bezel display delivers the highest optical quality in dry retail and hospitality environments. For a tablet-like feel with 10-touch response, TouchPro® PCAP technology features a precise edge-to-edge glass arrangement - perfect for multi-user interaction. Another plus is the fast and extremely precise touch response - typical of this pioneering Elo technology.
The 1723L was designed from the ground up as a monitor for touch operation - with features such as splash-proof sealing, height and tilt-adjustable stand, VESA mounting option, integrated connectivity in the monitor (to reduce the number of power supplies), communication cables, and controls on the side with function lock.
This touch monitor is also characterized by easy expandability with accessories for retail: magnetic stripe reader (MSR), webcam, customer display, and NFC/RFID communication adapter for mobile payments and improved compatibility with the latest point-of-sale applications. An optional bracket allows the 0700L to be used as a customer display.
